I'm all about making home fixes straightforward and stress-free. Rather than a laundry list of everything I do (which is pretty much all the everyday stuff), it's quicker to share what I don't tackle these days.
I specialize in quick, high-quality projects that wrap up in minutes to a few days. To keep things focused:
- No bathroom or kitchen remodels (I stick to tweaks and upgrades).
- No HVAC equipment repairs (though I'll swap thermostats or filters in a flash).
- No appliance fixes (they often cost more than they're worth, but I will install new appliances).
- No tiled roof repairs.
- No spas, pools, or their gear.
- No landscaping (although I handle many irrigation issues).
Pretty much everything else in, on, or around your home is fair game. Shoot me a quick description!
Yes, STS Kraftworks is fully licensed, bonded, and insured (Class B #1037917).
However, I believe a license only tells half the story. A license ensures a contractor has met the minimum standards. It does not guarantee craftsmanship.
Most companies use their license to hire others to perform the work. At STS Kraftworks, the licensed contractor and the craftsman are one and the same: me. You hire me for my personal expertise, and you get my guarantee of accountability.
Absolutely. While the law requires a minimum of one year, many of my repairs and installations come with extended coverage.
I always prefer to repair when feasible, or replace when needed. Crucially, if I determine a repair won't hold up for at least a year, I'll be transparent: a replacement is then the definitive solution. My priority is your home's long-term integrity.
While I don't offer 24/7 emergency service, I always strive to help. My capacity for emergency services is carefully managed to ensure quality for all my clients.
My established clients are my top priority and benefit from my availability for critical situations. For new clients, I can often accommodate expedited service requests during business hours, but my primary commitment remains to those with pre-scheduled appointments.
We are based out of Newbury Park and serve the Conejo Valley and surrounding communities within a 30 minute driving radius. This includes Dos Vientos, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, and Lake Sherwood.
